Contemporary hotel, clean, informative staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was well-maintained, I liked it. The staff were pleasant and made my stay an excellent experience.

I have had a fairly nice experience, this brand-new, clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. I liked the knowledgeable staff in the nice venue's lobby.

The staff was motivated and location was simple. The room was warm, cozy bed too. Nice local beach was adjacent to the hotel. Very tasty breakfast with cheese, cereal, breads, fresh fruit and pastries every day.

Fairly clean hotel, incredible breakfast, the location is unbeatable just off Ruby Falls, downtown and airport. The staff are accommodating, and there is a nice lobby to relax in.

Brilliant location, absolutely perfect stuff, clean venue, savoury breakfast. It took us 23 minutes to drive to this fancy accommodation from the airport. The service provided there was top-notch. Not to mention great wifi!

Planned to see Chattanooga major attractions and it was nice place for visiting all of them.

The room was non-smoking and we loved the stay. We got a room with bathtubs.

Stunningly beautiful hotel in every way. The staff was very kind on arrival and throughout the stay. Newly renovated bed in a double room with multi-channel TV, a fridge and ironing facilities. I've been here for 3 nights, breakfast was overall hot. Modern interior, good restaurant.

Bright, functional room and wonderful breakfast. The people working here were absolutely amazing, they provided unparalleled service, great value for money. There were coffee, WiFi and TV set in the room, liked that. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was exceptional.

The bed was too soft, unfortunately.

This was the best stay, reasonable prices. It was tidy and serene place, impeccable rooms. Hotel's staff was all the time delightful. The breakfasts were bountiful and well priced. Walking distance to the sandy beach.
